Description
This profile is recommended if you are serious about starting the program and answered “NO” to all prequalifying questions below.
We are checking your blood for contraindications for Testosterone Replacement Therapy. If there are no contradictions and you are ready to pay initial charges of $510 (cost of this labs will be credited to you) we will be able to order our Initial Laboratory Profile without you going to Quest laboratory again.
This profile includes:
Total Testosterone – need to be below 400 to start.
Complete blood count – hematocrit has to be below 48, otherwise you may need blood withdrawals.
Prostate Specific Antigen – prostate test. Need to be below 3.
Prequalifying questions:
1. Do you or did you have Prostate or Breast cancer in the past ?
2. Do you or did you have any condition reqiuring you to have blood withdrawals ?
3. Do you or did you have Severe Sleep Apnea ?
4. Are you younger than 35 years old ?
