Every new team member begins with a comprehensive 90-day paid training program in Dallas, Texas .

You'll learn our proven sales process, project-management systems, customer-experience standards, and storm-restoration fundamentals while working alongside experienced leaders and successful team members.

What You'll Do

As a Storm Restoration Sales Consultant, you'll:

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected communities
• Conduct exterior property and roof inspections
• Educate homeowners about storm restoration and the insurance process
• Guide customers through their restoration projects from start to finish
• Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects stay on track
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout every project

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Pickup truck, or the ability to obtain one within 60 days
• Ability to successfully complete the required 90-day paid training program
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
