This position offers a unique opportunity to support our mission of putting families’ homes and lives back together across the Mid-Atlantic Region while upholding our culture of Family First, Compassion, and Communication.What You’ll DoFollow Thomasville’s Project Concierge Playbook 100%Plan and manage project timelines and milestonesDevelop and track budgets across all aspects of roofing projectsAdvocate for insurance supplements when neededAssign project tasks to appropriate teams or subcontractorsMaintain consistent communication with homeowners and subcontractorsCoordinate with insurance adjusters to align on scope, funding, and timelinesProvide weekly updates to internal teams and adjustersAdjust project schedules to meet deadlines and profitability goalsOrder and manage project materials and equipmentCreate and process change ordersSubmit and code receipts while maintaining accurate job costingUse conflict resolution skills to address project challenges professionallyAssist with collections including deductibles, milestone payments, and signaturesManage steep-slope roofing projects from inspection through project completionWho You AreExperienced in managing construction, restoration, or home improvement projectsKnowledgeable in roofing systems including shingle and low-slope roofing systems such as TPO, EPDM, and Modified BitumenFamiliar with roofing inspections, estimating, and profitability analysisComfortable working directly with homeowners and conducting in-home consultationsStrong communicator with leadership and relationship-building skillsOrganized and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentSkilled in problem-solving and decision-making under pressureProficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and project management software such as Next Gear DashEmpathetic, trustworthy, and committed to delivering excellent customer serviceWilling to learn Thomasville’s sales process and contribute toward quarterly sales goalsYour ImpactAs a Roofing Project and Sales Concierge, you are the connection between homeowners, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the restoration process.
